Ariagno Mechanical Constructions
COMAR Srl is a business that has operated in the field of precision mechanics at Moncrivello, a town in the province of Vercelli, since 1983.
Begun as a family business from an idea of Franco Ariagno's father, currently the CEO who runs the company together with his wife, Maria Grazia Vercellone, COMAR now boasts 63 employees and three factories in Piedmont, at Cigliano, Moncrivello and Strambino, plus a fourth plant in Brazil. In 2022, work began on a fifth plant, also at Cigliano, due to sustained growth in the company and with the idea to create a single production centre. The new premises will be ready and officially productive within 24 months and will allow for the merging of the two offices of Strambino and Moncrivello.
Quality is our strength. Our company was granted IATF Certification a couple of years ago, and ISO: 9001 Certification over two decades ago.

COMAR operates in the metalworking industry, mainly carrying out precision drilling activities for third parties, by means of cutting-edge machinery and interconnected robotic lines, achieving an almost fully automated production line that limits production errors, guaranteeing greater quality and establishing the company in an advantageous position over its main competitors.
As we work more and more often with just-in-time (JIT) customers, product versatility and quality have become essential.
COMAR has customers operating in various fields, ranging from the automotive sector - with companies such as Volvo, Scania and Porsche - to companies that manufacture earth-diggers and tractors as well as supplying goldsmiths machinery.
Our market prospects are dictated by the strong demand for electric motors and other related machinery: for this reason, considering the importance of drilling machines, lathes and milling, it is likely that COMAR will continue to have good growth prospects in the short and medium term.
